We define the goal
Before anything else, we talk through what your images need to communicate – your role, your audience, where the images will be used, and how you want to be perceived – then shape the look, style, and goals of the session so everything feels clear, focused, and well prepared.

The session is prepared
Locations, lighting, timing, and overall visual direction are planned around your goals. You receive a preparation guide covering wardrobe, styling, and what to expect, so the session feels clear, organized, and well prepared from the start.

We guide every frame
On the day of your session, I guide every frame – expression, posture, angle, and environment. You do not need to know how to pose. My job is to bring out the strongest version of you and create images that feel natural, confident, and exactly right.

Your images are delivered
Your gallery of professionally edited images is delivered within two weeks, optimized for your website, LinkedIn, press features, and marketing materials – ready to use immediately. Standard retouching is included.

Every session includes a free pre-session consultation, a guided portrait session at a studio or location of your choice, professional retouching, and digital delivery within five business days. The session is intentionally directed, posture, expression, angle, and wardrobe guidance are all part of the process.
Q2: How long does a headshot session take?
Individual sessions typically run 45 to 90 minutes depending on the package. Executive sessions with multiple looks run closer to 90 minutes. Corporate team sessions are scheduled by appointment based on the number of people, contact us to discuss timing for your team.
Q3: Where do headshot sessions take place in San Diego?
Most sessions take place on-site, at your office, a corporate venue, or an outdoor location that reflects your professional context. On-location sessions work well for individuals, executives, and teams who want images that feel current and environmentally grounded. A private studio is also available for individuals who prefer a clean, controlled setting.

Retouched images are delivered within five business days of your session via an online gallery. Images are formatted for digital use – LinkedIn, websites, press kits, and directories. Print-ready files are included.

Yes. Corporate team sessions are photographed on-site at your office with a professional mobile setup for consistent lighting, background, and direction across every team member.
