A key part of my work is helping people feel comfortable in front of the camera. I provide clear, thoughtful direction in expression, posture, posing, and lighting so each person looks confident, polished, and natural.

Photographer and Educator
I am a San Diego business photographer specializing in professional headshots, executive portraits, team headshots, personal branding photography, and business event photography.
For more than 25 years, I have photographed professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and teams with one goal in mind: to create images that feel polished, confident, natural, and true to the person in front of the camera.
I earned a BFA with honors from ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena and a BA in Sociology from the University of Maryland. That combination of visual training and understanding people continues to shape how I work today.
I also teach fashion photography at San Diego City College. Teaching keeps me deeply connected to craft, communication, and visual storytelling, all of which influence the way I photograph people.
HOW I WORK
Most people are not fully comfortable being photographed, and that is completely normal. You do not need to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera. My job is to guide you through the process, help you feel at ease, and create images that feel strong, natural, and professional.
Whether I am photographing an executive portrait, a company team, a branding session, or headshots at a conference, I want the experience to feel clear, relaxed, and thoughtfully tailored to your goals.
The strongest photographs happen when people feel comfortable enough to be present. That is something I work to create in every session.
